10 Day Challenge Ideas and Forget New Year's Resolutions

This Year stop making New Year’s Resolutions and do a monthly challenge instead.
Some can last as short as 1 day Or some can go as long as 30 days.
The1st day of the month is a perfect time to start a new challenge,
it’s easy to track progress. But of course, you can start any day of the month.
It doesn’t matter what challenges you take on.
What matters is you choose one that’ll improve your life and commit to it for 7, 10 or 30 days straight.
I find that challenges are far better than New Year’s Resolutions.
