With the New Year we are looking for new nutritional resolutions. Maybe you want to lose some of that holiday weight and maybe not, it’s always good new and healthy changes. I have looked up for you all the super foods you need to incorporate into your diet with the New Year. You will find some of these foods in your kitchen; from heart-healthy omega-3s to, gut-healing probiotics to, antioxidants and essential vitamins, these are the healthiest foods you need to eat this year!!
