• 1 cups (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
• 1 teaspoon Maca powder
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• Pinch of Himalayan sea salt
• 1 medium-sized frozen sliced banana
• Approx. 10 ice cubes
• 1 probiotic powder (optional)
