Miracle Noodles Vegetables

  • Drain one bag of noodles and rinse thoroughly with cool water for 15 seconds.
  • Put in boiling water for 2 minutes and add to non-oiled pan on medium heat until dry.
  • Put noodles on the side
  • In the same pan, heat the coconut oil and sauté all the vegetables with bouillon until soft, stirring occasionally. Add Shirataki noodles and stir until noodles are well coated and blended with the vegetables. Add the coconut aminos at the end (optional)

  • 1 package Shirataki Noodles
  • 1 cube of not chicken organic bouillon
  • 1 Tbls of Coconut Aminos (optional)
  • ½ cup fresh broccoli, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • ½ sweet bell pepper, diced, any color
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed or mashed
  • ½ tsp salt or to taste
  • ¼ tsp fresh ground pepper or to taste
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
